Pasta simply Hungarian

Well, let's begin our cooking column with something simple, also suitable for vegetarians. This is the veggie version of the traditional Hungarian 'Túrós csusza' .
Ingredients:

- big-square pasta
- sour cream or if not available some crème fraîche
- cottage cheese (I always use home-made ones bought at market-places)
- 1 vegetable stock cube (it prevents the pasta from being sticky and also gives some extra flavour)
- salt

Preparation:
We boil some water in a pot then put the pasta and the stock cube in it. We cook it for 1 minute after re-boiling, then leave it with the lid on for 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, we stuff the fresh cottage cheese with the salt to taste.
When the pasta is ready we strain it off. We mix it with the cottage cheese then we put some sour cream on the top. Eat it while it's fresh!
Simple but very filling and delicious.
